Welcome to La Nozal de la Peña, an Asturian mansion covered by a huge bougainvillea. ​Located in Llugarón (Miravalles), 4 km away from Villaviciosa, with wonderful views of Sueve's mountain range. ​ It's a cozy traditional Asturian house, built in stone and wood, distributed over two floors plus an attic with gambrel roof.

 

The property's located inside a 3,500 sqm garden, with playground area, barbecue, parking, fruit trees, etc. ​

 

Strategically located just 12 km from the beach, and 20 minutes away from Gijón and 30 from Oviedo, an excellent placement for visiting any place in Asturias and for enjoying the calm, beauty and peace of this place.

It has 5 double rooms with private bathroom, one of them accessible for people with reduced mobility. Additionally, it has 1 suite on the upper floor, with 2 bedrooms, a living room with TV and a complete bathroom.

We also have 1 apartment next to the house, ideal for couples or families of 3 or 4 members.

Since we opened our doors in 1998 we have had only one goal in mind: to offer our guests an exceptional accommodation experience. ​
